- To achieve more and better results, more resourcefulness is as important as more resources.

- Anything in excess is a poison.

- One of the problems with the future is that good things always take longer than they should, whereas bad things happen right away.

- The difficult part of problem solving is anticipating the problems that the solutions create. If you don't understand the problem, a successful solution is just an accident.

- In some circles, after all is said and done, more is said than done.

- The race may not always be to the swift, or the battle to the strong, but that is the way to bet.

- Much changes, but more abides. Things change rapidly, but not often instantaneously. Things happen suddenly only to people who have been inattentive.

- Experience comes from what we have done; wisdom from what we have done badly.

- The world is run mostly by emotion and justified by calculation.

- Increasingly, it is more important to act fast than to think correctly about tomorrow, because what one must act on is what is already in the process of happening.

- The more you promise, and the more reliably you regularly deliver on your promises, the more people are likely to believe you. The more they believe you the more they trust you.

And, most important: "He who invites, pays."
